• Full-time Community Engagement Specialist role.
• Engage with individuals living with Serious Mental Illness/Substance Use Disorder.
• Utilize phone, text, email, and in-person outreach for enrollment.
• Educate partners about Pair Team’s services.
• Build trust with eligible members.
• Meet key enrollment metrics.
• Manage the enrollment process effectively.
• Provide updates on enrollment stages.
• Proficiency in technology tools required.

Requirements

• Located in California.
• 1+ year experience in a metric-driven environment.
• 1+ year experience in cold calling.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Strong technical skills.
• Valid driver’s license and auto liability insurance.
