In Short

• Collaborate across the organization with various teams to ensure alignment with Key Account Managers.
• Manage inbound client requests and responses.
• Participate in the development of presentations, reports, and proposals.
• Assist Key Account Managers in managing global business relationships.
• Support cross-functional teams in meetings and activities.
• Provide ongoing support for Client Strategy and Engagement Plans.
• Prepare high-quality client presentation materials.
• Analyze client data and prepare KPI reports.
• Coordinate internal and external communications.
• Organize and maintain client contracts and updates in CRM.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in supporting sales teams in wholesale or vision care.
• Fluent in Spanish.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Monday, Looker, or CRM systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines.
• Experience collaborating across departments.
• Ability to analyze data and prepare reports.
• Proficiency in preparing client presentation materials.
