Our client, a renowned private security company, is seeking a Junior Recruitment and Selection Analyst (Temporary) to work in São Paulo, SP.

In Short

• Temporary contract for 4 months.
• Work hybrid model (3 days in-person).
• Conduct recruitment processes for operational vacancies at a national level.
• Perform competency-based interviews.
• Apply psychological and technical tests.
• Prepare reports.
• Meet SLA for closing vacancies.
• Experience with high volume of operational vacancies.

• Experience with systems, preferably Oracle, is a plus.
