Operations Manager - Remote

Overview

As Operations Manager, oversee and maintain the day-to-day smooth and efficient running of the operations including streamlining business processes to reduce cost, errors, and rework. This role will also assist with implementing policies and strategies to build a culture that delivers quality performance and values diversity, fairness, and inclusion in the workplace.

In Short

• Oversee daily operations and streamline business processes
• Manage human resources including recruiting and onboarding
• Prepare and analyze reports
• Maintain company documents in SharePoint
• Support IT requirements and resolve technical issues
• Ensure renewal of corporate documents
• Follow up with customers on late payments
• Research opportunities in government and corporate systems
• Assist staff with personnel issues
• Provide project and administrative support

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as an Operations or Project Manager
• Ability to work effectively without direct leadership
• Commitment to quality performance
• Willingness to learn and develop into a Director of Operations position
• Bachelor’s degree
• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) is a plus
• Knowledge of government operations preferred
