Product Manager (Ethereum Infrastructure) - Remote

Overview

P2P.org is the largest institutional staking provider with a TVL of over $4.7B and a market share exceeding 20% in restaking. We are continually focused on researching and improving our infrastructure to extract maximum APR while enhancing security.

In Short

• Drive the growth of P2P.org within the Ethereum ecosystem.
• Optimize ETH validator operations and launch high-impact features.
• Research new growth opportunities and build relationships with key partners.
• Engage with customers to gather feedback and facilitate product onboarding.
• Contribute to the entire product lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery.
• Participate actively in community life and governance discussions.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve key metrics goals.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear narratives for diverse audiences.
• Accountable for overall product results in terms of revenue and metrics.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in tech startups.
• Deep expertise in Blockchain & Web3, with hands-on experience.
• Successful portfolio of B2B products from ideation to go-to-market.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders.
• Strong track record in product management, including analytics and finance.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in dynamic environments.
• Deep understanding of the EVM ecosystem, including staking and DeFi.
• Analytical and research experience is a plus.
