In Short

  • Achieve staking as a service targets through growing international clients and partners.
  • Responsible for the full sales cycle from prospecting to signing.
  • Establish contact with key persons on the side of potential partners and clients.
  • Conduct negotiations for selling staking services.
  • Identify customer needs and objections.
  • Prepare commercial offers.
  • Participate in conferences and public events.
  • Log all sales activities in the CRM.
  • Manage the sales pipeline in the CRM.
  • Generate CRM reports to evaluate performance.

Requirements

  • Pre-existing knowledge about the crypto market and Web3 concepts.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a quota-driven sales role.
  • Proven background in a rapidly growing tech company.
  • Experience with outbound prospecting and product demonstrations.
  • Consultative approach to sales with analytical skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software.
  • Ability to leverage CRM tools for sales activities.
  • Experience analyzing CRM data for revenue forecasting.
  • Extraordinary sense of ownership.
