• Identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities in the crypto industry.
• Prepare in-depth investment recommendations for senior team members.

• Conduct technical and market due diligence.
• Monitor industry developments and maintain a database of relevant companies.
• Build strong relationships with portfolio companies.
• Foster a network of projects, VCs, and ecosystem partners.
• Contribute to thought leadership through written research.
• Support senior team members with deal execution.
• Attend conferences to identify opportunities in the startup and crypto ecosystems.

Requirements

• Experience in crypto or a highly analytical role in venture capital or investment banking.
• Strong writing skills to distill complex topics into clear content.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Deep understanding of blockchain fundamentals and crypto markets.
• Demonstrated curiosity and contributions to the crypto ecosystem.
• High agency and conviction in ideas with a collaborative approach.
• Self-starter mentality with the ability to work with minimal oversight.
• Comfort working across multiple teams including product, engineering, legal, and finance.
• A strong network within crypto and startup ecosystems.
• Experience with knowledge management tools (Nice to have).
