In Short

• Lead a specialized strike team building at the edge of Solana’s performance frontier.
• Drive the design and deployment of infrastructure experiments across MEV, Staking, DeFi, and validator economics.
• Architect Solana-native programs and off-chain systems.
• Mentor and level up a small team of Solana engineers.
• Set technical direction and execution velocity for initiatives.
• Collaborate with product and ecosystem partners.
• Serve as the key engineering interface with top-tier stakeholders.

Requirements

• Strong Rust programming experience, ideally in Solana.
• Deep understanding of Solana architecture and validator mechanics.
• Experience designing and deploying on-chain programs and off-chain systems.
• Familiarity with MEV and staking mechanisms.
• Proven track record of leading small engineering teams.
• Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
