Overview

The Patient Success Specialist is a key role within the newly-formed Patient Success team and will have the opportunity to significantly contribute to the economic success of the Oviva Clinic UK.

• Engage with prospective patients to support them in gaining referrals for weight-management healthcare services.

Requirements

• Experience in sales/telesales, ideally in healthcare.
• Proven track record in meeting sales targets.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Customer-focused with a passion for improving patient outcomes.
• Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM.
