Part-Time Accounting Specialist (Deltek Costpoint) - Remote

Overview

Overwatch Construction Management, a leading federal and commercial construction management firm, is seeking an experienced Controller to manage our accounting and financial reporting on a part-time, remote basis. This role is ideal for a hands-on accounting professional with deep knowledge of Deltek Costpoint and the construction industry.

In Short

• Serve as the in-house expert for Deltek Costpoint; ensure data integrity and support system users.
• Manage accounts payable/receivable, time and expense, payroll, job costing, and general ledger.
• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports (GAAP compliant).
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow projections.
• Ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS and other federal contracting requirements.
• Collaborate with leadership and project managers to track budgets and project performance.

Requirements

• Deep knowledge of Deltek Costpoint.
• Hands-on accounting experience.
• Understanding of GAAP and federal contracting requirements.
• Strong analytical skills.
