The Technical Program Manager - Deployment Success at Overland AI will manage the technical delivery of ground autonomy systems in challenging environments, working closely with end-users to iterate on solutions and ensure successful deployments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Ability to obtain US government security clearance.
• 2+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager.
• Experience in deep-tech or defense environments.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycles.
• Experience with ground autonomy systems.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments.
• Operational US military experience is a plus.
