• Lead the design process for insurance products at Overjet.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in B2B enterprise software product design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end project work.
• Expertise in creating scalable design systems.
• Proficiency in Figma for high-fidelity mockups and prototypes.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Proven ability to conduct and analyze usability testing.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and prioritize work.
