In Short

• Act as a key point of contact for clients.
• Guide clients through each stage of their case.
• Contact clients to obtain required documentation.
• Organize, review, and maintain comprehensive case files.
• Coordinate appointments, legal deadlines, and follow-ups.
• Draft, prepare, and assist in filing legal documents.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to clients.

Requirements

• Strong English communication skills (C1 level).
• Two years of professional customer service or legal support experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently from a home office.
• Must have a laptop or desktop computer with specific minimum specifications.
• Amenable to work during U.S. business hours (PST).
