• Proven background in coordinating multiple daily consignments.
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-service orientation.
• Deep understanding of freight booking systems and transport documentation.
• Advanced organisational and multitasking skills.
• Confident using Excel and logistics portals.
• Ability to handle pressure and manage competing priorities.
• Experience in domestic and international freight is desirable.
• Familiarity with ERP, TMS, or CRM systems is a plus.
