Transport Coordinator I - Remote

Overview

This is a full-time, remote position where you will provide exceptional support during critical moments by coordinating medical transport services.

In Short

• Full-time remote position based in the continental United States.
• Provide support to members during medical emergencies.
• Work hours are Sunday–Thursday, 9:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m.
• Salary is $23.50 per hour plus benefits.
• Serve as the first point of contact for members.
• Manage member needs and coordinate with internal teams.
• Document all communication and case activities.
• Process claims and adhere to compliance regulations.
• Participate in on-call rotation for 24/7 support.
• Must have 2–4 years of experience in customer service.

Requirements

• Associate degree or higher preferred.
• Experience in customer service or claims processing.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing conditions.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bilingual skills are a plus; fluent English is essential.
