Overview

The Director of Software Quality & Efficiency at Outrider will ensure the development of high-quality software for autonomous systems that enhance efficiency and safety in freight transportation.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in robotics, computer science, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in robotic systems technologies.
• Experience in full-lifecycle software development.
• Proficient in troubleshooting complex systems.
• Collaborative experience with multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to develop and review C and C++ code.
• Familiarity with Jira, Git, and Gitlab.
• Strong communication skills for explaining complex concepts.

• Salary: $180,000 - $250,000.
