Business Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Business Analyst will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, analyzing complex processes and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver effective outcomes.

• Own weekly resource allocation and assignment confirmations across teams
• Maintain and enhance capacity planning and forecasting models
• Support engineering department margin tracking and provide insights into team performance
• Proactively identify margin risks and suggest corrective actions
• Analyze existing business processes to identify areas for improvement
• Document requirements and processes clearly
• Translate business needs into actionable solutions
• Use data to evaluate performance and deliver insightful reports
• Support project planning, tracking, and execution
• Participate in change management by preparing documentation

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis or similar role
• Proven experience in resource management and operations planning
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Solid understanding of financial concepts
• Experience with Excel, JIRA, Trello, or similar tools
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and SDLC
