Business Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Business Analyst will assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders, analyze business processes, and support Salesforce solutions.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Understanding of Sales Cloud features and processes.
• Familiarity with Salesforce functionality.
• Experience with Agile principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work remotely with global teams.
• Self-starter with strong organizational skills.
• Salesforce Administrator 201 Certification preferred.
• Agile certifications are advantageous.
