Overview

Oura is seeking a Staff IT Systems Engineer to serve as a hands-on technical lead within our Workplace Technology Platform Engineering team, focusing on defining and driving the long-term infrastructure vision.

In Short

Drive long-term architectural vision across cloud infrastructure and IAM.
Design secure systems with scalability and compliance in mind.
Embed DevOps principles into Workplace Technology workflows.
Act as lead engineer for core systems and integrations.
Champion Zero Trust and automation-first practices.
Modernize infrastructure and reduce technical debt.
Implement AI-driven automation for streamlined operations.
Mentor and uplift engineering practices through collaboration.
Own design and execution of high-impact infrastructure initiatives.
Collaborate across functions to align infrastructure strategy.

Requirements

Deep technical expertise in IT infrastructure.
Experience with architectural foresight and scalable initiatives.
Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory needs.
Proficiency in automation and CI/CD pipelines.
Ability to mentor and lead technical teams.
Experience with vendor evaluation and policy shaping.
