Overview

The FP&A team at Oura plays an important part in delivering our company mission. We are a highly visible function responsible for delivering mission-critical analytics and insights to leadership and key stakeholders. We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our global FP&A team, focusing on supporting the Product Organization and acting as the Finance Business Partner for our Engineering and Product Functions.

In Short

• Act as the Finance Business Partner for various functions.
• Manage headcount forecast for the R&D Product organization.
• Create reporting regarding investments by project.
• Assist in month-end close and reporting processes.
• Extract and analyze company-wide financial statements.
• Support preparation of key monthly and quarterly deliverables.
• Consolidate financial inputs from cross-functional partners.
• Identify opportunities to streamline financial reporting processes.
• Drive best practices in reporting and data utilization.
• Prepare ad hoc analysis and modeling as needed.
