Overview

This internship offers the opportunity to write a thesis in an innovative manufacturing company, focusing on AI image recognition for automatic quality inspection of forged parts.

In Short

• Engage in current research and existing technologies in AI image recognition.
• Identify specific requirements in production processes.
• Collaborate with hardware experts for measurement technology selection.
• Collect and preprocess image data for model development.

Requirements

• Enrolled student in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
• Completed a significant portion of the Master's program, preferably with a focus on Data Science and AI.
• Knowledge of relevant programming languages, especially Python.
• Experience with tools/frameworks like Scikit-learn, Keras, Pytorch, TensorFlow, and OpenCV.
• Quick comprehension, structured working style, and willingness to work independently and in teams.
