Solution Architect - Remote

Overview

The Solution Architect will lead technical solutioning and ensure successful implementations for mid-market and enterprise customers, bridging the gap between customer requirements and product capabilities.

• Design and document end-to-end AP solutions leveraging Ottimate’s platform.
• Define best practices for implementation and integration with ERP and financial systems.
• Collaborate with customers to assess requirements and propose scalable solutions.
• Act as a trusted advisor guiding customers through the implementation lifecycle.
• Lead technical workshops to define solution architecture.
• Work closely with product and engineering teams to expand platform capabilities.
• Define API-driven integration strategies and support data migration.
• Provide technical guidance on automation workflows.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success for smooth handoffs.
• Mentor consultants on best practices in solution architecture.
