Senior Network & Security Engineer - Remote

In Short

• Point of contact for existing customers - remote and on-site
• Planning, leading, and implementing complex IT security and network projects
• IT consulting focused on network and security design for existing and new customers
• Proactive support and monitoring of existing IT infrastructures in the network area
• Resolution of service and change requests in the 2nd and 3rd level area
• Introduction of new and optimization of existing internal IT tools and standards

Requirements

• Completed IT training (apprenticeship, HTL, FH, university), certifications (e.g., CCNA).
• At least 5 years of professional experience in the IT environment, ideally with an IT service provider or system house
• Solid expertise in routing, switching, WLAN, cyber security operations, and next-generation firewalls
• Independent and responsible working style, with a clear focus on customers as partners
• Polite, customer-oriented communication, even in stressful situations
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
