In Short

• Ongoing payroll processing for clients from various industries
• Ongoing personnel administration (registrations and deregistrations, travel expense accounting, absence management, etc.)
• Ongoing written, personal, and telephone correspondence with clients
• Point of contact for questions regarding social insurance, income tax, and labor law
• Contact person for offices, authorities, and banks

Requirements

• Completed commercial training
• Completed payroll accountant training including examination
• Professional experience in payroll processing is an advantage
• Good MS Office skills
• Very good communication skills, service orientation, and discretion
• Independent, committed, and motivated personality with a strong affinity for numbers
