IT Consultant / Infrastructure & Security - Remote

In Short

• Support and consulting for existing customers – remote and on-site
• Planning and implementation of IT infrastructure and security projects
• Design and implementation of solutions in the areas of cloud, server, storage, network, and IT security
• Proactive service, monitoring, and further development of existing IT environments
• Processing and resolution of service and change requests in 2nd and 3rd level support
• Building and sharing expertise in a defined area of focus
• Participation in the introduction of new and optimization of existing internal tools and standards

Requirements

• Completed training, IT certifications (Microsoft Server, Azure/Cloud, FH, Uni)
• At least 5 years of professional experience in the IT field – ideally at an IT service provider or system house
• In-depth knowledge in the areas of server, storage, network technology, and cyber security operations
• Structured, independent working style with strong customer orientation
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
