Overview

The Business Analyst will engage with stakeholders to identify business needs and provide solutions that improve existing processes.

Requirements

• University degree or college diploma in a related field.
• Five years of experience in business analysis and IT solutions.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to analyze large data sets and present findings.
• Exceptional communication skills with stakeholders.
• Experience with telephony platforms is an asset.
• Subject matter expert for Nice CX/IEX systems is a plus.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 suite is desirable.
• Experience managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Knowledge of industries such as Education, Insurance, or Finance is a plus.
