Requirements

• Strong interest in the energy sector.
• Experience in written or telephone customer support.
• Enjoy interacting with customers and resolving their issues.
• High quality standards and a can-do attitude.
• Strong teamwork skills and passion for working in a dynamic environment.
• Fluent in German (C1) and English (B2).
