Senior Director, Strategic Finance & Corporate Development - Remote

Overview

The Senior Director, Strategic Finance & Corporate Development is responsible for in-depth financial management, analysis, and strategic insights on Oscar’s overall business. This role is responsible for cross-functionally managing and driving our company’s Operating Committee to ensure the business is executing against its financial targets.

In Short

• Develop and track multi-year enterprise-wide Operating Plan.
• Drive corporate development efforts including mergers & acquisitions.
• Lead long-term financial and capital modeling efforts.
• Evaluate strategic growth initiatives.
• Support capital markets activity and Treasury team.
• Develop, manage, and coach a high performing team.
• Collaborate with executive business line owners.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 12+ years in analytical financial roles.
• 5+ years in corporate development.
• Expert financial modeling skills.
• Experience collaborating at the executive level.
