Provider Network Associate - Remote

Overview

The Provider Network Associate supports the overall accessibility, availability and quality of Oscar's Provider Network through the execution of specific network development functions. This role will work in concert with various internal partners and existing and future external provider partners to meet market growth, network quality and medical costs targets.

In Short

• Support provider recruitment, engagement, and education.
• Work with internal and external partners.
• Travel requirement up to 75% for client meetings.
• Utilize demographic data for provider recruiting.
• Conduct outreach to potential providers.
• Manage provider data in a CRM system.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
• Document outreach activities.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree or 4+ years of relevant experience.
• 3+ years of experience in provider healthcare recruiting.
• 1+ years experience in provider relations or recruiting.
