Overview

The CGA Triage Coordinator plays a critical role in managing and routing member complaints, grievances, and appeals, ensuring timely and accurate case intake and prioritization.

In Short

  • Receive, log, and process incoming complaints and appeals.
  • Monitor and manage case queues, flagging urgent cases.
  • Identify and triage incoming documents within SLAs.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify trends and roadblocks.
  • Utilize internal tools and resources effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of customer support/service experience.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Foundational knowledge of complaints, grievances, and appeals processes.
