Associate, Payment Integrity - Remote

Overview

The Associate, Payment Integrity will support process improvement and issue resolution in the Oscar claim environment, ensuring claims are paid accurately and timely.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of relevant experience.
• 4+ years in claims processing, coding, or health care operations.
• 4+ years in medical coding.
• 3+ years working with large data sets using Excel or database languages.
• Medical coding certification (AAPC or AHIMA).
• Experience with reimbursement methodologies.
