Overview

As a Senior Product Manager at Orum, you will be a catalyst for change and innovation, driving growth and shaping our product's future. You will empower sales teams with compelling products and features, create vision and strategy, collaborate with key stakeholders, and lead cross-functional teams to achieve Orum's goals.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience with a customer-facing B2B product.
• Strong experience building technical products for enterprise workflows.
• Experience in high-growth startup environments.
• Ability to develop product roadmaps managing competing priorities.
• Experience leveraging data to make product decisions.
• Experience mentoring other product managers.
• Effective communication skills with users and internal stakeholders.
• Comfortable with failure.
• Evidence-guided prioritization skills.
• Excellent documentation skills.
