Overview

The Enterprise Data Analyst is a hands-on data professional responsible for developing and maintaining dashboards, reports, and analytics that support both practice-level operations and corporate shared services. This role transforms data into actionable insights to support decision-making across Orthopedic Care Partners (OCP). This role is ideal for an individual with a strong foundation in analytics who is ready to expand their impact in a growing, data-driven organization. The analyst will work cross-functionally, deepen technical skills, and contribute to initiatives that strengthen data literacy and reporting standards across the enterprise.

In Short

• Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI and other approved business intelligence tools.
• Translate complex business requirements into user-friendly, visually compelling reporting solutions.
• Ensure all visualizations follow enterprise design standards, maintain brand consistency, and meet accessibility best practices.
• Continuously enhance existing dashboards based on user feedback and evolving business needs.
• Write, refine, and optimize SQL queries to support data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs and business goals.
• Support enterprise data governance efforts and maintain documentation for all dashboards.
• Assist with the intake, triage, and tracking of analytics and reporting requests.
• Engage in ongoing learning and skill development related to analytics tools.
• Support junior team members and contribute to a collaborative team culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in business intelligence, analytics, or data reporting.
• Proficient in writing and optimizing SQL queries for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong working knowledge of Power BI or comparable business intelligence tools.
• Excellent analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
