Enterprise Data Analyst - Remote

Overview

As an Enterprise Data Analyst, you will be directly responsible for helping us become a more data-driven organization. You’ll create solutions for our clients, load management and data products, and support our sales and client success teams to deliver outcomes and impact for our utility clients.

• Deliver high-quality program reporting and develop data tooling.
• Generate deep insights into the value of Optiwatt's product.
• Produce 1-2 deep research projects per quarter.
• Identify and prioritize product needs.
• Efficiently resolve data and reporting-related tickets.
• Ensure the quality and trustworthiness of data.
• Shape a more data-driven culture.

Requirements

• Expert in data analysis and capable of writing complex SQL queries.
• Thrives at the fast pace of a Series A startup.
• Can quickly learn new skills with minimal direction.
• Proven track record of creating solutions for cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of utility and load management fundamentals.
• Effective communication with utility partners and clients.
• Proactively deliver insights to clients.
