In Short

  • Answer questions, provide guest service, and resolve concerns for our Orlando Informer Meetups, theme park admission products, and hotel bookings across all channels.
  • Assist in planning and executing surprise-and-delight opportunities.
  • Suggest improvements to both internal and external self-service documentation and processes.
  • Work to provide personalized communication and experiences to each guest.
  • Moderate and engage via social-media channels to reinforce our brand.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Empathetic and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable with various communication channels including telephone, live chat, and social media.
  • Ability to foresee and resolve guest-service concerns proactively.
  • Efficient in managing multiple tasks.
