Overview

The Guest Experience Coordinator at Go Ape USA is responsible for ensuring a high level of guest service by effectively communicating with customers and managing reservations.

In Short

  • Field inbound calls from customers regarding Go Ape activities.
  • Conduct outbound calls to follow up on reservations.
  • Maintain professionalism in customer communications.
  • Resolve guest issues related to bookings.
  • Coordinate group bookings and communicate with various teams.
  • Track data related to guest inquiries and bookings.
  • Support sites with guest issues during operational hours.
  • Monitor and respond to guest posts on social media.
  • Serve as a support contact for third-party call centers.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for Go Ape.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer service.
  • Basic computer skills; intermediate Microsoft Suite preferred.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with CRM tools and booking systems is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Go Ape operations is advantageous.
