Overview

The Guest Experience Coordinator at Go Ape USA is responsible for ensuring a high level of guest service by effectively communicating with customers and managing reservations.

In Short

Field inbound calls from customers regarding Go Ape activities.
Conduct outbound calls to follow up on reservations.
Maintain professionalism in customer communications.
Resolve guest issues related to bookings.
Coordinate group bookings and communicate with various teams.
Track data related to guest inquiries and bookings.
Support sites with guest issues during operational hours.
Monitor and respond to guest posts on social media.
Serve as a support contact for third-party call centers.
Act as a brand ambassador for Go Ape.

Requirements

Experience in customer service.
Basic computer skills; intermediate Microsoft Suite preferred.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with CRM tools and booking systems is a plus.
Familiarity with Go Ape operations is advantageous.
