In Short

• Manage payroll processing and ensure smooth monthly settlements for clients.
• Handle reporting and communication with authorities and employees on payroll-related inquiries.
• Maintain payroll data and personnel files in real-time using a modern web-based software solution.
• Contribute to process optimization projects to continuously improve payroll processes.
• Engage in deeper analyses if desired, with some knowledge of SBS considered a plus.

Requirements

• Experience in payroll processing, with solid knowledge of tax and social security law.
• IT affinity and comfort in a digital environment; enjoy contributing new ideas.
• Fluency in German, both written and spoken, as communication with clients and authorities is in German.
• Self-reliant work style with attention to detail, maintaining composure under pressure.
