• Manage Greenhouse, including job postings and candidate data.
• Coordinate interviews across multiple teams.
• Ensure a structured hiring process for candidates and managers.
• Serve as the main point of contact for candidates.
• Coordinate with external recruiting agencies.

• Continuously improve hiring processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Hiring Operations or HR Generalist roles.
• Strong experience with operational HR processes.
• Understanding of German labor law and HR compliance.
• Experience with Greenhouse.
• Detail-oriented and reliable working style.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring processes.
• Strong communication skills.
• Fluency in German and English (C1+).
