Product Designer - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a passionate Product Designer with a strong focus on UX to create intuitive, user-centered designs for Orca AI’s suite of web and mobile products. You will take full ownership of the design process, from user research to pixel-perfect interfaces, ensuring that every interaction is meaningful, functional, and beautifully executed. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams - Product, R&D, Data, and Management - to design solutions that meet business objectives and please our customers.

In Short

• End-to-End UX and UI Design: From discovery and ideation to delivery and iteration.
• User Research & Validation: Conduct explorations, including interviews, usability tests, and data analysis, to uncover customers’ pain points and validate design solutions.
• Optimize User Flows: Map and refine user journeys.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally and Within the Design Team: Work closely with fellow designers as well as Product, R&D, and Data teams to define requirements and deliver high-impact features that balance user needs with business goals.
• Prototyping & Testing: Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups to communicate design concepts, validate ideas, and gather user feedback.
• Data-Driven Design: Leverage tools like Mixpanel and Fullstory to analyze user behavior, identify friction points, and iteratively improve designs.
• Stakeholder Communication: Clearly communicate design concepts and progress to stakeholders, including executives, using storytelling and data to support your decisions.
• Support Development: Work within an agile framework, iterating on designs based on feedback and evolving requirements.
• Creating and maintaining a scalable design system.

Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years as a Product/UX Designer with a strong, user-centered portfolio.
• Skilled in user research, usability testing, interviews and data-driven design.
• Excellent teamwork, communication and presentation skills with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of cognitive and behavioral principles for user engagement.
• Hands-on, problem-solving mindset with flexibility to adapt to change.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in fast-paced environments.
• Familiarity with agile workflows and iterative design processes (advantage).
• Tools: Proficient in Figma and illustrator, Premiere - advantage, and analytics tools like Mixpanel and Fullstory - advantage.
• Language: Working Proficiency in English and Hebrew.
