As a senior member of the team, you will have ownership of critical components that execute hundreds of thousands of provisioning actions daily in a dynamic and reusable manner. Our tools are designed to meet customer needs by managing the state of these resources and supporting complex upgrade patterns, ensuring no breaking changes or resource destruction.

Ownership of critical components for provisioning actions

Maintain and upgrade nodes in a Kubernetes cluster
Responsible for all stages of the software development lifecycle
Experience with cloud-native, distributed, and secure systems
Remote team spread across the US, India, and Europe
High-quality documentation and observability practices required

10+ years of experience in software development

Requirements

Experience with Golang, threading, and workflow development
Experience running production workloads at scale on Kubernetes
Experience with container-based deployment
Experience with cloud services (OCI, AWS, GCP, Azure)
Experience with Kubernetes management and administration
Strong sense of ownership and ability to prioritize
Ability to problem-solve complex issues
Effective communication skills
Expertise in designing applications following cloud-native patterns
Basic understanding of networking and security aspects
