Overview

As a Staff SDET at Optro, you will lead the quality engineering technical strategy and implementation, focusing on designing and creating automation testing tools and frameworks.

In Short

• Own technical and architectural components of test frameworks and tooling.
• Design and maintain test automation frameworks for web applications.
• Develop a synthetic data & generative AI strategy.
• Transition legacy test frameworks into self-healing, AI-driven ecosystems.
• Evaluate and implement cutting-edge agentic tooling.
• Manage technical communications and mentor junior SDETs.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and product teams.
• Research and upgrade testing methodologies and tools.

Requirements

• Advanced software design and programming skills.
• Expertise in test methodologies and tools.
• Experience in architecting test automation frameworks.
• Experience with automation/CI pipeline workflows.
• Strong skills with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
