Overview

The Client Operations Specialist - Renewals (COS-R) is a sales support role assisting the Client Managers / Client Directors with management of their recurring renewal business, ensuring efficient handling of contracts and client inquiries.

Requirements

  • Associates Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Two or more years in Business-to-Business Sales/Client Services.
  • Experience with renewal contracts preferred.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
  • Experience in technical or information technologies industry preferred.
  • Prior experience with CRM software required.
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to build relationships with clients and partners.
  • Superior organizational skills and independent judgment.
  • Functional arithmetic skills.
