In Short

• Coordination of appointments and processes
• Preparation and follow-up of internal and external meetings
• Processing of offers, orders, invoices, and travel planning
• Planning and execution of internal and external events
• Support for marketing actions
• Assistance in correspondence with customers and partners
• Data maintenance, archiving, and documentation
• Taking on diverse special projects and back office activities

Requirements

• Completed training in a commercial field (e.g., IT management assistant, IT system management assistant)
• Professional experience in a comparable field or event management is an advantage
• Enjoyment of communication
• Friendly demeanor
• Organizational skills
• Willingness to learn
• Team player
• Determination / independence
• Good English skills
