Overview

We are looking for a Security Compliance & Sales Enablement Specialist to help bridge the gap between our Security, Sales, and Client teams. This role blends technical understanding with business communication, perfect for someone who can translate InfoSec language into clear, client-friendly terms.

In Short

• Lead the completion of customer security questionnaires.
• Collaborate with Sales, Legal, Product, and Engineering for accurate responses.
• Maintain a central repository of security and compliance documentation.
• Support RFP/RFI processes for security and compliance.
• Act as the go-to expert for explaining the company’s security posture.
• Create standardized templates and processes for documentation.
• Liaise with customers during security due diligence and reviews.
• Track and report recurring questions to improve alignment.
• 2-5 years of experience in Security, Compliance, or Technical Pre-Sales roles.
• Strong writing and communication skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven ability to manage security questionnaires and compliance documentation.
• Understanding of security frameworks and standards.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Experience in startup or remote-first SaaS environments.
• Background in Sales Enablement or Customer Trust functions.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally.
