Senior Business Analyst - Remote

Overview

In Short

• The main responsibility is to provide the team with requirements gathered directly from the Product Owner (POs) and/or stakeholders;
• Manage product and sprint backlogs;
• Document requirements;
• Clarify acceptance criteria with the Product Owner (PO);
• Prepare user stories for refinement and planning; conduct backlog refinement sessions;
• Collaborate with the design team on designs;
• Work on upcoming features for future releases;
• Support the Dev and QA teams by communicating all functionality-related details;
• Capture all potential requirements, adjustments, and feedback from different channels in consolidated places (backlog, Confluence, etc.).

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst;
• Strong expertise in requirements elicitation techniques;
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies;
• Proficiency with task tracking and documentation tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence);
• Experience in AI/ML projects is a plus.
