Requirements

• 3-7 years of experience in a related role within banking or fintech.
• Strong analytical skills for problem structuring and solution crafting.
• Excellent communication skills in English and German.
• Action-oriented mindset with a focus on execution.
• Familiarity with SaaS implementations and IT projects.
