• Lead and support a team of engineers focused on IAM solutions.
• Build strong relationships with a distributed team across timezones.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand expectations and dependencies.
• Develop a plan to strengthen the team’s delivery capability.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to improve team dynamics.
• Partner with Product Manager to align on execution and planning.
• Optimize team processes for better planning and delivery confidence.
• Participate in company-wide improvement efforts.
• Ensure the team has the context needed to make decisions.
• Drive better execution on cross-team efforts.

Requirements

• Experience in engineering management and team leadership.
• Strong understanding of IAM solutions.
• Ability to build relationships in a distributed team environment.
• Experience in stakeholder engagement and process improvement.
• Proven track record of delivering results.
• Ability to mentor and coach team members.
• Experience in product management collaboration.
• Strong communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 15-35 days per year.
