Overview

As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will work closely with strategic customers to understand their needs and develop effective solutions using OpenAI's API.

In Short

Embed with customers to understand their business challenges.
Design and develop full-stack solutions iteratively.
Prepare scopes of work and project plans for deployments.
Work hands-on with customers' technical teams.
Collaborate with Sales and Technical Success teams.
Contribute to internal knowledge bases and best practices.

Requirements

4+ years in software or customer engineering roles.
Willingness to travel up to 50% for customer engagements.
Experience in rapid prototyping and solution delivery.
Proficiency in front-end frameworks like React or Next.js.
Back-end skills in Python, Node.js, or similar.
Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Strong communication skills for technical concepts.
Ability to work iteratively with customers.
