• You will independently lead sales projects, from internal improvements to operational measures with direct impact on clients.
• You will be responsible for forecasting and reporting sales metrics - precise, meaningful, and decision-oriented.
• You will optimize our sales processes with the CRM team, ensuring our system is used cleanly and efficiently.
• You will bring structure to our workflows, identify bottlenecks, and drive improvements.
• You will act as a central interface between sales, project management, management, and other departments - clear, binding, and always goal-oriented.
• You will ensure accountability, actively drive implementation, and consistently monitor adherence to timelines.

Requirements

• Solid business administration knowledge.
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable role in sales, project management, or business operations.
• You have a good understanding of numbers, work precisely, and use reporting as a real management tool.
• CRM is not just a database for you, but a central sales tool - and you live it.
• You are at home in the digital environment.
