Overview

The Proofs team at OP Labs is seeking an experienced software engineer to develop infrastructure for secure and permissionless fund withdrawals from OP Stack chains and the Superchain, enhancing Ethereum's scalability.

In Short

• Develop the Optimism fault proof system for Ethereum.
• Contribute to Go-based and possibly Rust-based infrastructure.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external developers.
• Evolve proof systems using dispute games and validity proofs.
• Focus on systems programming for low-level software.
• Document technical details clearly.
• Strong understanding of cryptographic principles required.
• Experience with Zero Knowledge Proofs is a plus.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Go, Rust, or similar programming languages.
• Experience in blockchain development.
